Someone listed my business or is pretending to be it
Tap Report on the page or billboard and choose "This is my business" or "Pretending to be another business".
- Open the Brand page or billboard and tap Report at the bottom.
- Choose "This is my business", then tap Start an ownership claim. You need to be signed in.
- Pick your relationship (owner, manager or authorized representative) and describe your evidence — for example your role or a public listing that names you. Never include ID numbers or passwords.
- Tap Send claim.
What happens next: only WHERESLI reviewers see your claim. We may email you for more details, and we may let the current owner know a review is happening without sharing who you are or what you sent.
Nothing changes automatically: a claim doesn't suspend the Brand or move ownership. Any change happens only after our review.
We can't promise a particular outcome or timing. If you already have a claim waiting, sending another isn't needed.
