How does Smart Import use my menu and prices?
Upload a menu, price sheet or service list, or take a photo. WHERESLI pre-fills your items and prices; you review them before anything is saved.
Open Smart Import on your location's menu or services section. Upload a JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, or take a photo with your phone.
WHERESLI reads it and pre-fills names, categories, descriptions and prices — fixed, starting at, ranges, or "ask for price". It never invents missing prices.
Review every entry: correct names and prices, change the price type or category, add missing items and remove wrong ones. Nothing is used until you confirm.
The file you upload is private. It's never shown on your page or in Discovery, and customers can't open it. Your public Menu button is separate — you don't need to upload the same file twice.
With "Use for planning estimates" on, Ask WHERESLI can use your reviewed prices to estimate what a visit might cost when someone plans their day on a budget. Estimates are shown as ranges, before tax, tips and fees, and are never guarantees.
Turn it off and your prices stay out of estimates; your listing then shows "Price not confirmed" in plans. Prices never affect how often you're shown.
