How text campaigns are billed and targeted

Premium includes VIP member management and text campaign tools. SMS sending requires a separate prepaid messaging balance. Longer messages and some characters, including emojis, can use more than one segment. Review your estimated cost before sending. No automatic recharge or overage billing.

In VIP → Campaigns, choose one or more locations with Premium turned on. There's no "all locations" default.

Only members who agreed to texts at a selected location are included. Members who joined before the location was recorded with their permission are left out until they agree again. Unsubscribed numbers are never messaged, and each phone gets one text per campaign — including if a send is retried. A separate campaign you confirm later reaches them again.

Before sending you see the locations, recipients, segments, rate, estimated cost and your balance, then confirm. The cost is reserved when you send; you're charged only for messages accepted for delivery and the rest is returned.

Your balance shows three amounts: Available to spend, Reserved (texts whose result the provider hasn't confirmed yet) and Spent on sent texts. A text with an unclear result is never resent. Its cost stays reserved until the provider's records confirm it: sent → spent, not sent → returned to your balance.

If Premium ends, your balance is kept — nothing expires — and sending is locked until Premium is back.
