Texts go to your phone number; WHERESLI notifications appear on this device.

Yes. Leave the text box unticked and turn on notifications instead.

Open My VIP Notifications and tap Mute next to the Brand.

What happens if I deny notification permission?

Nothing breaks. You just won't get phone notifications.

iPhone only allows web notifications for sites added to the Home Screen.

It's linked from every VIP page after you turn on notifications, at wheresli.com/vip-notifications.

How do I clear notifications?

Open the bell and tap Clear all. Mark all read keeps them but removes the badge.

How do I dismiss one notification?

Tap the ✕ on it, or swipe it left on a phone and tap Dismiss.

What happens when I tap a notification?

It's marked read and opens the matching screen in WHERESLI.

Does dismissing a notification delete my VIP, order or request?

No. Dismissing only hides the alert from the bell.
